CHICKEN SHISH KABOBS

Here is a picture of the chicken shish kabobs cooking on the grill.
While they cooked, I basted them with sweet n sour sauce. It turned out tasting great! 

Here is a picture of the shish kabobs before I cooked them. I used wooden skewers. On the skewers is mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, and chicken. 

Oatmeal Chocolate and Caramel

Tonight, I whipped together "oatmeal-chocolate" bars. I put brown sugar, flour, salt, baking soda, and butter; creating a base dough. I baked it for a bit. Then I sprinkled on chocolate chips and walnuts. After, I poured melted caramel over the top and sprinkled the left over batter to top it off. This turned out to be a fantastic dessert dish.
